BIL Central Team
This BIL Central Team (BCT) is the coordinating body within DC government focused on maximizing the BIL funding that the District receives and ensuring that they go to their best and highest purpose. The BCT is led by OBPM and DMOI, with participation by DOEE, DDOT, and OCTO. The team’s responsibilities involve: performance tracking of BIL funds, projects, formula plans, and applications; overall management of BIL projects and stakeholders; and assistance for agencies in resolving challenges they face with the BIL. The team meets weekly and serves as the main point of contact in DC government for BIL-related topics.
